US Cdiff Foundation London Conference

The US based Cdiff Foundation are holding a Cdiff awareness conference here in the UK on the 14 September at the Royal Holloway University in Surrey. If anyone is interested in attending please do PM me.

Their website says 16th Sept

Thanks Roy, you are right it is the 16th. As per usual trying to do too many things at once.

Not 100% certain about the qualifications of the people running this!
There's an awful lot of NDs given as a qualification for members of this foundation without any other recognised medical qualification to back it up.
N= naturopaths,
In a US state with licensing laws (only 12 states have this) it is important to ask if the ND is licensed as a naturopathic physician. In other states, you could ask if your practitioner took the NPLEX board exam or attended one of the four-year accredited naturopathic colleges.

The conference has been cancelled. They did not get enough response from HCW's etc. There are many other countries that have bigger problems with cdiff then we have at the moment so don't think the UK was the best place to hold a conference especially as there have been so many IPC conferences over the last few years.
